Maintenance Technician III

Responsible for performing skilled tasks in a variety of trade areas for the purpose of maintaining residential property in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition. Performs tasks associated with all construction trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC associated with the repair, replacement and maintenance of furnaces, hot water heaters, sprinkler systems, major and various small appliances.

Must have a minimum of five years experience in the building maintenance field to include skilled experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, hot water. Also must possess a Gas Service Journeyman Certificate or higher certification as provided through the City and County of Denver. Applicants will not be considered without certification.

A high school diploma or GED, a valid CO driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record as outlined by DHA are required. Salary is $18.42/hr to start with great benefits.
